Thank you for your bithday greeting, you mischievious one. The weather isn't cooperating - yesterday was 108°, today, my "medicare" birthday, is suppose to be 105°.

Mom called this morning to sing me Happy Birthday. Last year I was in So. Cal. with her for my Birthday.

Tonight, I will be working Britt & listening to Midori and the Britt Orchestra, and being Pop Corn Queen - a title I got several years ago. [Not a fun job when it is hot - sun on the back & heat from the kettle. But during classical allows time to mix with friends.] I've found the least amount of clothes I'm allowed to wear and still be presentable.

Had to drop by. How's your youngest doing? Did you get him tested? Mine is in Iraq right now. Still driving me crazy even from there! But he did give me an adorable grandson, so I'll excuse him just this once. Insanity is inherited, you get it from your kids! But you love them anyway.

You dear sweetheart! Shortie is going to go far with you in his corner. Make sure his big motor skills are developed well so that when you start with the finer motor skills his arm will steady the hand grasping the pencil. Get him the large print paper until he tells you he wants the smaller width between the lines. Somewhere I cannot tell you when he's going to find writing tiny will be easier. Don't know why but some of my students who have awful handwriting find writing small eases up the problems with coordination of writing lines the way you want to. I've had students who bring tiny recorders to say the assignment into rather than writing it out like we instruct the students to do. But for those have problems writing this takes some of the sting of trying to write legibly and quickly. Let me know if I can help more.

Angie..loved the opinions today and we are right to have our own opinions.I honestly would never mean to hurt anyone especially someone who has a problem with the system.You have 1st hand experience in these matters & your son deserves the opportunity to participate in formal education without bias.I hope he is in the education system for his academic abilty and not his physical ability.Well said by you Angie.

Monte looks good in the glasses Angie. I saw your photos, and you have a nice scene of changing colors to enjoy I see. Weird fall here as well. We have a maple on the east side of the building that has almost lost all its leaves and two out front that have barely started to change color yet. My best to you and yours!
