Thank you so much for the Christmas Greetings on my page, which I received upon my return the other day.
I flew out to Argentina on 16th Dec, to board an expedition ship to spend Christmas in Antarctica.
It was a wonderful experience, even having a light falling on snow on Christmas Day.
I hope you had a lovely Christmas and a very Happy New Year to you and your family.

Loved the birthday song, Shosho! Squeaks and all! Waited until last night at my older son's for my birthday cake since I was gone for my birthday (Indy 500). They only put one candle on the cake, which confused my grandsons when I told them I was younger than they were! (Guess DIL didn't want to burn down their house!)

Greetings! Been a long time since I ventured in to the old haunts. Not many of the old denizens around anymore. Question: Have you continued to pursue your study of the pipes and if so how is that going?

Glad to hear you're still picking it up once in a while. I've laid off the last year or so and really need to get back at it. May I suggest a tune? It's not all that hard and even timely. 'The Battle of the Somme'. This year is the 100th anniversary of the battle. You can find the setting with Google and hear it performed on Youtube.
