Dino..I have been traveling around the globe to say hello to all of my SA friends that I have missed so much. Hey Dino....fast enough for you? I was intrigued when you told me about your youtube...and you are so right...actions do speak louder than words. You can light up another's life and can be unaware that your actions created what was needed to enable them to lighten up....Suffice it to say that I enjoyed the clip! Peace!

Hi Dino. An interesting You Tube. I can interpret it in a few ways: a final relaxation after work, an enlighting experience or just finding oneself and enjoying the light of life. I was disappointed that when walking out of the subway our friend didn't try to enlighten or help the person sitting by the pillar. Everyone needs to spread that light to everyone around them.

Dino, glad you're feeling better. Nothing worse than when you get sick when the weather starts getting nice. I saw your post about math. I'll have to go look, but when I volunteered at my kids school, they worked on a free math website that got you to learn the basic math in a fun way. There is also another school website for advanced math that my kids used for their "level" exams, I think it was Oswego.org, but I'll check. It showed the goemetry, trig, algebra stuff in an easy way(so teens could understand it) and had mini quizes to let you know if you were doing it right. Take care!

Dino - that is a pretty good starting point (the coolmath page). If you have something specific in mind, let me know and I can look around, too. I teach high school math here in Texas.

Dino - see how it goes after you visit with your grandson. See if coolmaths has the sort of thing that might be helpful or if you want something more tutorial. I can certainly "look around" at sites. There is a bunch of stuff out there, but it is of variable quality and of variable interest also.

Dino, here is the school site with the more advanced math on it. It is setup for the standardized tests that are required in my state. http://www.regentsprep.org/ I'll have to check back in my kids files to find the other practice sites. I hope this helps. Good luck.
