I'm arriving late on 25th April and not leaving until Sunday 1st May.

Friday the 29th for lunch sounds great. It's just me coming this time. Kevin has to start work again on 26th and we are shutting down at work for the 3 days between Easter and Labour Day holiday(2nd May).
I thought I'd take the opportunity to spend some one on one time with Katrina. She had already been thinking of having those 3 days off so it has worked well. I'll bring her to lunch unless she has something else planned but I'll let you know.

Hi Amelia,
I just wanted to let you know that Kevin and I will be down your way at the end of next week. We are driving down and will be there on Friday 18th and staying for a week.
Katrina tells me she has plans for Saturday (her birthday), Wednesday 23rd (Mum's birthday - she will be there as well) and a trip to Newcastle on Thursday.
I hope there will be time for us to get together in there if any time might suit you.
