Loved 'Sarum"! I remember always wanting to visit Stonehenge from a very young age. I finally got there when I was about 40 years old. My 10-year-old son walked around it once, said, "Well, we've seen it! Let's go!" I was heart broken! He has since realized his mistake. Mine was not letting him know how thrilled I was to actually see it.

Eve, I vote for 101 over I5, a lot nicer drive I think. I really love that drive, especially through the middle of California. Have drove from Pt Mugu [Malibu area] up to San Francisco several times. Have safe travels.

Thanks for checking in Eve. According to the doctor the baby is doing fine and growing and I am normal. Ask my hubby and he thinks I have gone insane.
Seems it got hot here fast this year. We are already experiencing 100 degree weather. That is not including my internal heater.
Just a few more days to go, we will make it.

Hi, Eve! I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I just want you to know that I made your delicious Swiss Ham and Turkey Casserole tonight. I had to guess the amount of flour to use, so I started with 2 tablespoons and kept adding until the sauce thickened properly. I think I probably used about 1/4 cup total. Anyway, Jaime and I both really enjoyed it, and I want to thank you for sharing your recipe! Cheers! Jane

Oh, Eve! Have a GREAT time working on the Rose Bowl float this year! It was so lovely last year! What fun it must be to be involved in such a prestigious parade. The best in the nation!
