Hi Anne, all good here too.
I had two of my sisters up here last night as a belated birthday celebration for them, and this morning, the birdlife put on a wonderful display for them.
We had five kookaburras on the balcomy, many currawongs in the trees and two crimson rosellas came to serenade them.
The city slickers were most impressed.
Keep visiting Anne, love your occasional acid comments on easy. Good to know they are being watched!

Hi Anne - apologies for the late Christmas Greetings - I had you on my list which I had to abandon on Xmas eve. I hope you had a wonderful day in beautiful Albany - I still love that pic of Two Peoples Bay - it just looks so inviting.
We had a nice family Christmas with the kids and grandies - but are exhausted today. The heat and the kids can take it out of you.

Yes, we had the good fortune to visit NZ and AU on a 28-day tour in 2002. We spent 10 days in Kiwi-land and 18 in Oz. It was a fantastic trip: Sydney, Melborne, Uluru, Alice Springs, Broome, Kununrra, Kakadu, Darwin, Port Douglas, and Cairns. And several of your national parks and other exciting places, including the Great Barrier Reef. My only regret is that we didn't get to the Perth area.

But, you MUST get to Ulura. It, and the Olgas, were incredible. Like you, Barbara and I are trying to see all we can while we can. But we're trying to see all of the US that we can first. [xenophobia?]

Thanks for your mail Anne. I usually try to do a jigsaw every day but don't always get the time to make a comment. I do love the scenery jigsaws though. Nice to hear you have been in Ireland. I live in the North, though I have been in most parts of Ireland on holiday and staying with relatives. Here in the north we are governed by the UK and the south is a Republic. However, despite all the news, we all get on quite well (except for the hotheads, but they are everywhere these days!!). Happy New Year in 2010

It's no problem Anne - easy mistake. (I did wonder how, until I peered at my name without my glasses and, guess wot, it looks exactly like Rosett!!) Anyway, have a good day and a good year in 2010. You're almost a day ahead of us here in UK . . .
