Hi Vici, thanks so much for the St. Paddy's Day wish, we actually celebrate on parade day (sometimes a little too much) which was this past Saturday. We had a big group made up of my hubby Mark's brothers, a sister-in-law and a load of nieces and nephews, including our two of course. It is great to get together and celebrate with 2 generations, and I think that they enjoy it just as much as we do. The girls used to do Irish dancing when they were younger, trying to get them to feel their heritage (they are only Irish on their dad's side), so they would march in the parade, but they gave that up to my sorrow. They were getting pretty good doing the hard shoe that you would see in shows like Riverdance. Oh well, it is their life and not mine. Take care and I hope you are doing well. And thank you for allowing me to ramble on.

Sorry it has taken me this long to return the visit.
On the day itself, I went for my first driving trip, since the op, hmmm not too good, the driving reactions a tad sluggish, and was sooo tired when I got home.
I am tired today, Monday, somehow over the weekends I dont get enough snoozetime, good thing the husband goes off to work, and the son to Uni, gives me plenty of time to do nothing then!!

Hi, property came with a double wide palm harbor mobile home. Great house but needs work. Fido left his mark all over the family room and one bedroom carpet. Just got home last night from spending several weeks in San Antonio--had surgery to close a PFO (specific type of hole in heart everyone is born with but should close by age 2, but mine didn't). Feeling great and thrilled to be back home. Hope you are doing good.

Tomorrow I get to go to 'Outback' with all my children. It's nice to get them all together. The last time was a Xmas at Chuck's girlfriend's mother house. That didn't work. She was very strange.

I am doing well. I painted half the living room before the surgery. Still have the other half to paint but need help moving the couch away from the wall. Busy trying to keep the raccoons out of my compost bin. Thankfully there are tons of rocks lying around for me to use to make it harder for them to remove the doors. Just spent another $150 on my well today. This time it decided to stop working right after I got into the shower and got body and hair all wet, but before I applied soap. Learned I can wash my hair at the bathroom sink with just 1/2 gallon of water. Right now I am trying to defrost my ice maker so it will start working again. All in the life of a country girl. Hope you have a blessed Easter.

Thank you for the Easter Greetings. I went down to spend Easter with Mom in So Cal, then took a long way home visting relatives & friends up your way - Sonora, Grass Valley, Carson City, Reno before heading back to my little corner of the world. It was wonderful seeing people I hadn't seen in years. My cousin's grand-twins were propped up with pillows on a couch last time I saw them - they are now in 4th grade. I visited an old neighbor who I had baby sat for when I was a teenager (her eldest, of 6, is now in her 60's). Most of the other relatives I have seen at funerals in the last few years. It was good to see them under better circumstances.

When I left here, to head south it was snowing (and starting to stick) at my home, by the time I got to mile post six, I saw a bit of blue sky and by the time I hit the California Border "el sol" was in full bloom. Coming home, hit some rain between Susanville & Dunsmuir - better that than Snow - which hit the next day. All & all a great trip. Hope you had a wonderful Holiday.

I think you are the sweetest person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. You fill my heart with gladness. Can't thank you enough for the hundred kitty salute, how did you know that was just what I wanted? ♥
Thank you so much for celebrating my birthday with me last week, I had so much fun reading all the posts.
The family went out to dinner that night, then the next day we had yet another party for my youngest daughter's 16th. I then had the pleasure of a lunch on Sunday with some of our Sudoku family who spoiled me wonderfully.
It doesn't get much better than that!

A very belated thank you for the special Easter greeting. Miss you on SA9. How is the new extension.All in and settled by now I guess.
