Hi Rolanda! I stopped by to see the photo of the Terracotta Warriors. My hubby and I saw them a few years ago, and it was probably one of the most amazing things I've ever experienced. We even met one of the farmers who discovered them. He was signing autographs in the gift shop. I bought a small sized set of them outside from one of the vendors They are marching across the window seat in my family room. Thanks for the memories!

WOW The Terracotta Warriers! Where were you? In China? I love ancient history and would love to go on an archeology dig - mind you I'd probably just stand there gawping! To imagine touching something that was created soo long ago!

Rolanda - thank you for your kind words of condolence on the loss of my husband's mother. She as 102 years old and had lived a long and amazing life. We are sorry to see her go, but knew it was time.

Thanks for your Birthday wishes. Mom flew up here for the weekend and we celebrated with a huge 10½" Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie. I have to admit it was one of my best and hope you enjoy a piece with me for breakfast/lunch.

It was 100° both days over the weekend - was suppose to go up to 106° today but is now slated for 95° today. Going to a BBQ tonight & sharing ice cold cherries.

If you notice, I still claim no relation to any of them and you are talking to two of good ones. Jennifer and Robert (Bobby).

Don't get me wrong, they are great entertainment for me and I would not be the way I am without any of those people. Even the future one you may meet.
Robert and Jennifer are cousins, which will be the case for any of the other Moore's you may see on my page. The only siblings are Charles (Trey), and Kris, who are my younger siblings. Though I claim no one. Oh, there are a few aunts on my page, I am sure you will meet them too.

Hello Rolanda - thank you for dropping by and for your birthday wishes.
Lyn, two friends, Amanda and I went to Montgomery Hill Winery out near the Kalgan River (Upper Kalgan). It was lovely but they don't do meals, just cheese platters. It was nice but they need to put a few "soft" cheeses out as well. The view from the verandah was lovely looking out over the vineyard with a glimpse of the Kalgan River.
