Viv, may I please pass on my hubby's thanks for wishing him a . It has taken me this long to get here because we celebrated it over three days, although only quiet family gatherings, and I have really only touched down to earth again...just in time for my oldest daughter's 21st next week!

Good Morning Viv, (evening for you). We like making the port also. It is very good and just before we bottle it we add a little flavoring to it (a litre of good brandy) gives it that little extra warmth! We tried the chocolate orange last year and it was a big hit so we will make it again along with a regular port. If you ever find yourself in Minnesota, feel free to stop and have a glass!
