André, what a wonderful Youtube. Funny but true. Life goes well for Lynne and myself. We're enjoying the winter break at home between trips. I like kicking back at home at least as much as traveling.

Hi Andre I was in the recipe section and saw your question about lasagna. Ian lasagna sounds very good I am going to try it today. In case you do not have an answer yet, Yes, lasagna sheet are the one to make lasagna. I come from Canada and we use the same noodle sheet, it is written lasagna on the box. ....Thanks for asking about a lasagna recipe....

Hi Andre, Ian's lasagna was very good and easy to do. I used chicken and as he suggested, I added mushrooms with the meat and sauce.... I love it, easy to do. I discover that there is pre coooked lasagna sheets down under. I learn something every day!

Dear André - thank you for your lovely words and your best wishes on my birthday. I did have a lovely day with 'phone calls as soon as I woke up. I was 20mins late to work in the morning because of my family and some friends ringing me,
then spent my lunch time at the doctor's as it was the only appointment I could get for weeks, then my sister picked me up in the evening and we went to Amanda's place for tea. My other sister rang me while I was there so that was also nice.

About the lasagna recipe, it seems a lot to me to.... I made only half or may be a third of it as all products measurement are metric down under and I used a large meat loaf type of dish... I did freese some as it gave me 5 medium portions. The very good thing for me was that it looked like a lasagna after being cut into pieces... My first ever lasagna that do not look like spagetti when served!

There is a hotel near Moraine Lake. The loveliest Hotel is on Lake Louise, this is like a French chateau in style and looks directly over the lake towards the glacier.
Unfortunately I haven't stayed in either but have been to the lakes on a few occasions.

for missing me. I've had 'puter problems - again. This time I loss my motherboard. That is why my ports were not working, and sporadic problems with sound, print, keyboard, mouse.... It was in the shop for 2 weeks & I've tried to recover. The data wasn't the problem (got lots of that which needs clean up) - it is the programs have been loss - word, excel, power point, etc. Still am not recovered even with the disc.

Hi Andre how are you well I hope.
Have spent a bit of time on the computer lately surfing the employment agencies to see if anyone wants me. Nothing so far but haven't been looking long so early days yet.
One bit of good news is that the Cyclone looks like it may pass us and head further south parrell with the coast. If that happens we should have good weather again by Sunday or Monday.
Must try and post a bit more regularly.

Hi André, just wanted to say that it's nice to have your TFTD's back, even if I forget to comment on them most days. I always enjoy them - I love the quirky ones and the more serious ones like today's. They always give me food for thought.

I'll be in the city this afternoon and will stop at the River City Brewing Co. and send off a sample of their 'Tornado Alley IPA' for your amuzement and amazement. I've not tried it myself but hear it has a nice sweet malt flavour with a robust citrus hoppy finish.
