Love your Jay Hawk - Are you in Lawrence? Raced from my home in Oaxaca de Juarez in southern Mexico to Lawrence to get to my Dad just before he died last December. He was a big Jay Hawks fan.

I still get to the page most days, but my heart rate if now somewhere between 55 and 112 per minute. I never know if I have the energy to do anything. Typing is not my favorite thing anymore. But I still read some pages.

He brought so much to our lives and trooped on through years of illness with great courage. There's much we can learn from our pets, and he taught me tons. Sarah, It looks like they [Jane & Sacky] have a full trip. Sounds exciting and a lot of miles. What is G.I.G.G.L.E girls at Brenda's. I had no idea Sacky would be over here for a month.

Greetings. So, you're back implying you've been absent as have I. If memory serves, you are, or were, in the Salina area. Little has changed here except I awoke one morning about 4 years ago with a nana lying beside me. That has been a shock with a very steep learning curve. At my age I accept change grudgingly.

Actually there are two. One is nearing 4 and the other is just about 2. They are the progeny of No. 1 son and DIL who live in Manhattan (the little apple a few miles to your East). No. 2 son has a couple of youg lads near the same age as their cousins a little closer in Derby. Nana just can't contain herself. We make numerous trips to both locals. It is more fun than anyone should be allowed to have watching one of them, nanas that is, with their wee ones.
