Yes I was in the Navy many years ago and then in the merchant navy and all sorts of offshore work. I have been to Albany several times one being on the HMAS Brisbane. That was a father and son cruise which we both enjoyed.

I think I said last time my best man at our wedding hails from Albany Dudley Hepworth, lives out on the bend of the King river. He was a chief engineer on the BHP ships.

I am retired now and craft hand made pens see www. simomatra.com and that wil show you what I have made

I see your family are into bikes as well.My hubby is a member of the Ulyssis Motorcycle club & last year he went to WA on the bike from Qld.My son & Grandson also have bikes The grandsons is really only a peewee for the back yard.Greg visited Albany & travelled the Nullabor & Great Ocean Rd.Thinks it was the trip of a life time.Anyway regards.Nola
