Mercifully, the commando operations are now over, and we all hope and pray that not only India, but the entire world is soon rid of this scourge of terrorism. G'day Gail! I'm slowly catching up on Sudoku after our long trip through Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, & Cambodia. Thanks for leaving a birthday greeting on my page on Dec. 4. I had a wonderful day which began when we watched the sun rise at Angkor Wat in Cambodia - unforgettable! I have posted only one picture of our trip on my page so far, but I will try to whittle down the thousands of pictures we took to just our favorites & post them on Flickr as soon as I can find time. We're going Up-the-River for the weekend (the blue swimmers are around so we're hoping for more ), then back here Sunday or Monday; off to Wagga Wagga on Tuesday for Christmas with P's family. Back here Boxing Day, then Up-the-River again till after New Year! So I'll catch up with you next year!

Thank you, Gail, for joining me in my mini memorial service to my Aunt. She was a hoot! She had a lot of fun with life. It was difficult to let her pass without a funeral or memorial service, but that was her wish. Will miss her greatly.

Thanks for your messages. I've visited your page several times today, because I got so impressed by Nibbles. He/she (?) is so like my Bruce, apart from the white nose. Hope they have the same resemblance in not leaving unwanted "furballs". Actually I don't have any problems at all with him being semi-longhaired.
