Gail, thank you for the note! I think things are settled down with Jeanie's mom. It was a long day, but the medication seems to be working. It is a blessing for me having such a bunch of friends on this site that all care for each other!

Hey Gail!! Thanks for the Welcome Back. It's good to be here. I feel very proud of myself for getting through my move. I even managed to have two Garage Sales. The first was on a day that went over 40, so I left everything where it was and did a repeat the week later with much more success. Hope your Easter was enjoyable and you had your family around.

Gail, naah - he simplified it a whole lot. For example, you have to watch the engine start like a hawk, you have only seconds to react if something goes wrong during the start procedure - he just pushed the buttons and sat back.

Gail, thank you for your good advice. We did have a good time on the cruise, and it did keep our mind off our sadness. The sadness all flooded back when we got home to an empty house, but we have so much joy with him to remember, and that will far overshadow the sadness in time.

Hi Gail. Thanks for the wishes you sent to my parents. She didn't make it back spent hours in Sydney waiting for her Dubbo connection, her phone was flat because she didn't have the right plug to recharge it in Bangkok, she couldn't get on the net either! But she appreciated the thought & was very sorry to have missed it!

Thanks for pushing Maureen over the page, she'll love that as much as the party & everything. We may not hear much from her for a while. She'll be catching up on 5 weeks of sudoku & jigsaws! And of course 5 weeks of kisses & cuddles from 2 granddaughters now! I noticed today that we got our pages within a couple of weeks of each other! Another thing we're going to have in common at some stage in the not to distant future is out of town life styles! We're getting plans drawn for a rebuild "Up-the-River" & when it's done we're moving up there!

Hi Gail, I want to thank you for your birthday greeting, bottle of Aussie bubbly, chocolate mud cake, and bouquet of roses. I was overwhelmed! I did just join, but I have enjoyed this site for many years. It is the best!!! Actually, my birthday isn't until November 4th. I'm not sure where Gath came up with April 10th, but it did make for a very special day. The timimg couldn't have been better. I believe that things, even mistakes, happen for a reason. This was a much needed boost. I'm hoping that I can keep the bubbly, cake, and flowers. I will put them away and bring them out to enjoy again in November.
