Hi Gail, just popped in to your page to look at your photos & saw that if I commented I would get a TOPP. So here we are - page 4.

Your photos are great & I agree with everyone else, you do look very young in your wedding photo, but then 19 is young, no. I will put some photos on my page in a few days, I have to work out whether I need to resize them or not first.
for now.

Hi there, Gail. Funny about your request for a paint job ... I've got a gallon of paint sitting in the basement--purchased it nearly a month ago with the good intentions of touching up the filthy baseboards and window frames in a bedroom. Haven't even cracked the lid on the can yet. The usual excuses prevail--too tired, too busy, too hot. So I hope you're not in a hurry to have your place done! Cheers.

Gail, Enjoyed looking at your pictures. You have a lovely family. I see you are also a reader, use to read more but as you said pooter gets in the way. I have started making time to read more, mostly mysteries for me.

Gail, Thanks for the invite - I enjoyed looking at the pictures - I love the cats - There was a story in the local paper about a car mechanic finding a small kitten under the hood of a car he was working on - He named the cat Lucky and it bonded with his dog who just had given birth. Enjoy your day, Mary

Good luck with finding a reliable painter, Gail! Our enthusiasm for home renovating comes and goes--painting is the one thing my husband and I can do. We've actually done a leather finish on our den walls, and used 'suede' paint in my office, and both look good. But as for other handy jobs, we're quite useless. And thanks for the compliment about Arthur--he's a gem of a cat, and this appearance on my page is his grand debut. Cheers and have a great day!

Hi Gail, thanks for the visit and the invitation to view your pics. I love your 'potted cat'! You have a lovely family. I hope you were able to delegate the raking of that huge pile of leaves, etc, to one of them!
Have a good day!

Hi Gail! Thanks for stopping by my page & letting me know about your photos - they are wonderful! You picked such a great assortment of scenery, people, & animals. You must spend lots of time on yard work! How long have you been in your house? I just love all the greenery surrounding you. And do I count correctly that you have four children? Your mum & dad have such warm, friendly smiles, & you were sure a cute little toddler with that spoon hanging out of your mouth! The whole family is a handsome lot & so are your cats! And with the pretty birds, too, you are lucky to have so many beautiful things to see every day. Thanks for sharing a bit of your life with us!

Hi Gail, thanks for the visit and the invite. I am liking Gaths new picture galleries, when I get more than 5 minutes spare I am going to have to get my Flickr photos over.
Loving your pics, your Ginger Cat is fab.. my fab Ginger Jeff (you may have seen him on some of the Kids puzzles) was killed back on Good Friday, I have just got round to getting a new one - who I need to get pics up of! Pilton, he was found as a very young stray just in the Glastonbury area just before the Glastonbury festival (hence the name Pilton is the village where the festival REALLY is). He's great, but very full on. If it moves, hes gotta catch it - including my other 2 BIG cats Soldier and DJ! Daft thing. Will pop back and let you know when I have got some photos of him. Keep those pics coming.

Hello, Gail!
It is my first visit to your page. So I brought some Mediterranian sweets for you and your guests. they are going well with tea and coffee. And as they contain lots of nuts, so may be going with the wine too.
Just looked through your pictures, they are so personal.
You have a very lovely family. And I love the pictures of your garden. How nice it is to wake up every morning and see green trees and grass.
Me too, like to read just about anything. Can't imagine to stare at the TV all day long.
Cheers, Vera.

Gail,
Thank you so much for the bubbly and eats. My traditional greet and meet gift is an herb plant. She will grow big so plant her near a window so aroama will fill you home. Touch her often for a natural fragrance to wear.
I went through your gallery. To be fungi they are really pretty to have in your garden. We get black moldy stuff as our plant decorations.
My husband must think that people live across the world are foriengers :) because he said, 'they say pooter too,' since that is what he calls my toy.
Hope to chat again and thank you for your gifts.

for stopping by my Construction Site. I brought you some of that Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie from the Construction Site. (I put together this morning before working the puzzle.)

Last night I finally got all of the Safari pics added and hopefully fixed. It would be nice to have the ability to sort and organize the slides once they are in the Gallery.

for the bubbly and goodies.

Glad you enjoyed the Safari, sorry you had to bounce around so much. By the way, there is a story about the Quilt (on quilt page) & the recipe for the Pie is on the Recipe Page. Enjoy!

Thank you so much for inviting me into your page and your home. Wonderful batch of pictures, wonderful home, wonderful yard, and what a great looking family. It is fascinating to me how clear around on the other side of the world, things can look so different and at the same time feel so much the same. I felt very comfortable viewing your pictures, like I would really enjoy actually being there. Thanks again.

Yes Gail, I cried my eyes out the whole time!

We had an amazing trip, if anyone ever gets the chance to go to the Maldives don't miss it. we were the only Australians on the island, it's mostly Europeans. (although I know many of my surfer friends have been, different area though).
We dived and snorkelled till we could no more! A day's sailing on the 'Britt' had us surrounded by dolphins and later snorkelling with Manta Rays. A truly surreal experience. I'm having trouble settling back into work and normal life this week.

Gail, thank you for the visit. I have always had a special place in my heart for Grace and her aeroplane. I had all their albums. Thank you for the goodies. We always say when visiting you should have to knock with your elbow. I'll drop off a brace of bottles of elderberry wine from a local winery and a large jar of sand plum jam for the muffins.

so glad you came to visit. here's a BIG hurricane mixed drink, some mudbugs, and a fresh, but belated King Cake(special for Mardi Gras). i'd like to get my pictures out of storage and scan them onto the computer, so i can share them with other sudokuists. but i don't know when i'll be back in Indiana to look thru my storage stuff. (we downsized and i stored the things i couldn't part with but couldn't bring along.)

so you have winter now, eh? how cold does it get there? our winter here in Louisiana has about 4-5 days in January that frost(maybe freez) but doesn't lasts. the days are pleasant. i love it. anywhere where there is NO SNOW!! i grew up with snow up to my neck. enough of that stuff! brrrrrr and yuck!

Hi, Gail! Thank you so much for the bubbly and nibblies! Sorry I wasn't home when you dropped by! I love your pictures! You have a very good looking family, and I adore your house and garden. The big, rambling front porch is very inviting. I imagine you spend lots of time sitting there enjoying your surroundings.

I'm leaving you some fresh Georgia peaches. They're in season, so they're extra juicy! See you later! Jane

Hi Gail. Thank you for the compliment on my photos - you've probably guessed that I'm an avid scuba diver.
The Chinese Lanterns were amazing. I don't know if they put on shows in other countries - they are from China, not from the large Chinese-Canadian population in Toronto. One purpose of the show seemed to be to encourage people to go to the Beijing olympics.
Thank you for the goodies - I'm leaving you a bottle of real maple syrup for the next time you make pancakes. Loved your pictures - great idea to show you as a toddler & a bride, as well as today. And I am partial to cats.

Gail, thank you for inviting me to your home to meet your family! I love traveling around the world, seeing all the unique aspects of your environment, and the familiar aspects of families. Now when I hear your comments, I can picture your face with the words. And I can see you coming in from your yard and cats to enjoy Sudokuland. I have brought one of the flowers from my spring garden for your home . We are way too dry to have fungi in our yards; it takes a lot of time and effort just to keep our flowers and yard watered and alive in the summer. Thank you for appreciating the beauty in this corner of the world and have a great day!
