I have always had a soft spot for sparrows. My father's nickname for Mum was 'Sparra', I don't know why, but I always think of her when I am sitting at the Emerald bakery, the sparrows there are as game as Ned Kelly and almost eat crumbs out of your hand.

Hi Dino, I hear that you have been a bit unwell, I hope things are improving rapidly. I had my GB out 5 or 6 years ago now by keyhole surgery. I was back home next day.

Hi dino, I hope you have recovered fully from your illness.
I love your photo today, it shows a wonderful appreciation of the peaceful and gentle aspects of photography.
Recently I was with Anne down at Shellharbour for a week with our caravan club and we paid a visit to the Nan Tien temple near Wollongong. It was a really impressive place.
I recognised that they follow a different branch to yours, but it was a really interesting experience all the same.

Dino, was great to read your post on FB today, stay well.
I want to thank you so much for celebrating my birthday with me last week, I had so much fun reading all the posts.
The family went out to dinner that night, then the next day we had yet another party for my youngest daughter's 16th. I then had the pleasure of a lunch on Sunday with some of our Sudoku family who spoiled me wonderfully.
It doesn't get much better than that!

I'm trying, Dino! I try everyday to be like you, but it's hard! Ok I will do it with a more cheerful attitude to follow the eightfold path!!!

Thanks for your message Dino, I think your idea is just brilliant. However, I can forsee some problems if you happen to be somewhere where photography is unwelcome at 11.30.
You are correct, there is beauty everywhere, but you have to appreciate what you are looking at - a lot of people don't. You have an good eye for beauty because it is constantly reflected in your photography. Take care.

Hope you are recovering quickly from whooping cough. That just sounds painful.
