Hi Stella,
Thanks for the visit and flowers you left at my page. The dogs and I loved it. We are leaving some fresh produce from our garden. I hope you enjoy the rosting ears. By the way, the picture of the ball team is great.

Hi Stella, thanks for stopping by and for the flowers. It's the middle of the night here and I have been sleeping restlessly, so my wife suggested I get up, make a 'cuppa' and check the weather on the radar. Actually I think it was some kind of hint to get me out of bed so that she could get a bit more sleep. I have found that women are very good at dropping little hints to get us mere males to do what they want. What do you think?

Hi, Stella! I kept trying to comment on the SA2 page, but it wouldn't accept any of my posts. I wonder if Ian from Boston got me booted out of the room? Hope you enjoy the rest of your day!

Rats! I just now thought of this after you left the SA2 page, Stella. Last fall the daughter of Glenn, Winter Springs, FL started college. He asked people to send postcards to her. If we could all get your e-mail address, you could give us your daughter's school address. She could have a bunch of 'aunties' sending her an occasional postcard.

Hi Stella!
Thanks for dropping by... it's so nice to have guests. Hope you found a bottle of wine floating around somewhere!
I've just brought you some fresh daffodils from my garden (and chucked out oll the old dead flowers you had about the place!)
I'll have to go and check out what that competition was all about that you one. I was a bit oblivious to that one. I notice that it ended on my birthday so I think I was a little busy that day!
Have a great maEn

Thank you, Stella, for the lovely anniversary wishes and the flowers! We had a wonderful time swimming, kayaking, dining with friends and celebrating the big day! It's good to be home, however!

Hi, Stella! That's a great pic of the horse.
for stopping by my page! You're right; we have been missing each other on SA. We have been very busy, in and out of the house, etc., so not too much computer time. I've been trying to at least keep up with the SA posts as I find a spare minute. I enjoyed the ideas shared during the discussion of school plans for the fall! Darn, I just checked smilies for a sticking out tongue, which I wanted for the nay-sayers and doubters who think SA is all fluff and nonsense. Anyway, hope you and yours are having a great day!

Thanks, Stella! Isn't he terrific? FYI, we ate at the Olde Bryan Inn a few years' back--one of the best lunches we ever had, and the place is so wonderfully rich with atmosphere. I'm leaving you with a bouquet of flowers
for your table and a bottle of wine to celebrate the 4th. Cheers!

Hi Stella, thanks for coming by my page & don't worry about not having been by for awhile - I rarely have time to visit peoples pages myself, unfortunately. I love your photos, they are great. I will probably get mine up by next week, so drop by again then & have a look.
I love your youTube, too, such a great song. Mine is Joan Baez singing 'Diamond's & Rust', a song she wrote about Bob Dillon after they had split up. I hadn't heard it for years & then rediscovered it on itunes, & put it on my ipod, & then decided to have a look for the video. Have a listen to the words, they are beautiful.

Hi Stella, Thank you for the flowers and a great You Tube. I'm a big fan of pop culture with music leading the way. From what I read you are one of many beautiful ladies on the site. I hope you always enjoy being part of what is mostly good stuff.

Hi Stella,
Thanks for the welcome. You don't live far from me. I live east of North Adams, MA, in the woods with my dogs (my weakness are my German Shepherd Dogs). I envy you living near the horses! Sudoku led me to this site, but it appears there are lots of nice people here, too.
Thanks, again, for the welcome!

Stella, I feel bad that I haven't been to your page before. Love the painted horse picture. Isn't there a statue of Seabiscuit at Saratoga Springs? The Howard Ranch where he lived is just outside the town I live in. Since the movie, the ranch has seen renovations and has just gotten a replica of that statue. A little late for a page warming gift, but I'll give you a Redwood Burl anyway. When Greg and I get together in mid-October, it would be great if you could join us.

Hi Stella! Thanks for stopping by my page. I got a chuckle out of your comment about wishing Ebony 'speedy & successful dippings'! That was cute. I feel so sad today about poor Rocko. It wasn't that long ago when we had to euthanize our little Munchkin so I know how terrible Nal feels. Rocko's ailments make Ebony's mange seem like nothing so I can't complain. At least she's not going to die from that. By the way, you asked about my grandchildren - there are 5 boys & 2 girls. The one in the sand whose head only is showing is a girl named Asa - hard to tell in the picture! I had three daughters, then two granddaughters & thought I was never going to have a little boy in my life. Then guess what - the next five grandchildren born were ALL boys! So be careful what you wish for! What are your children's names & ages? I haven't quite figured it out from your pictures. Some of them when I clicked on them to enlarge, they become too big to fit on the page. Did anyone else report having that problem?? Changed my avatar to suitcases since we got them out again today. Not going out of the country this time, just up to PA & MD for 6 days. Be back on July 19. See you later!

Great pictures Stella. Love the horses!
Here are some jonquils from garden. They're very confused this year because the first one opened it's buds on the 1st of June (winter's beginning down here!). I'm not complaining though because they look good & smell great!

Stella, I saw your SA2 post about gift cards. I don't know about NY, but in some states, the practices you are describing are illegal. Try calling the Consumer Protection division of the Attorney General's Office. They may have some info. Failing that, a letter to the company president (which you can find on Google) can straighten out the situation. I can suggest more drastic measures if you like.

Hi Stella, thanks for dropping by, I really love the flowers, brightens the place up. The Marie Celeste was a ghost ship, she was found floating in the Atlantic with nobody on board. Food was on the table, beds not made up, just looked as if aliens had taken everyone. The ship was under full sail. BTW love the horse, where did the children get it from? Bright idea. TTFN

Stella: Thanks for calling by my page last week. I don't go there very often myself these days, hence the late reply. I enjoyed your photo gallery. One day maybe I'll get around to posting some photos too - when I have the time to play. Keep well - and enjoy your summer. It's pretty cold in my part of the world at the moment, but we're enjoying good rains after several years of drought. I doubt if we'll receive enough to ease the water restrictions next summer though, as the reserves are so low. One of the local irrigation reserves dropped to .8% of capacity. It's over 1% now, but there hasn't been very much rain in the catchment areas yet.
