Because there are so many people onsite, I likely won't go back any time soon to everyones old pages or the archives, so I'll keep intouch from here on out, if you'd like :)

Thanks for the good wishes on Nora Hope's birth. Nora and big brother Payton and mommy and daddy are well. I'm still with my daughter and family in Cincinnati, Ohio, doing gramma duties and becoming quite tired myself! It's a good tired, however! I'm hoping to be able to go home tomorrow (Wednesday 5/14) and then I can play sudoku again!

nal, it was great to see you post again. Congratulations on the new equipment. As you know I had the DMC-FZ20. One day I mentioned to Steve that my small HP707 was getting a bit worn and I found the FZ20 a bit big for everyday use so he bought me the DMC-TZ3, great for carrying around and so far very good results. Although most photography I get to do at the moment is taking stock photos for my internet jewellery shop where I sell second hand mainly vintage bits and bobs. I have found that I needed to learn a whole new approach, I suppose the same thing would happen with portraiture which I would love to learn. I would also love to come to Florida and watch you with the wildlife and learn more of that side too.

As always your photos astound me. I don't know how much, or if, your new camera will do to improve the quality.

Your story about coming to an agreement that got you the new camera, reminded me of the time, I wanted to go to the Yucatan & hubby wanted to go to Hawaii (that was before his sister moved there), so we went compromised - we went to England, Scotland & Wales to visit some of my/our friends living in England. Never made it to the Yucatan, but after his sister & later his mother moved to Hawaii, I/we made several trips there - only 1 took in 3 islands all the rest were just to Maui.

Keep up the good work, it was your photography, along with the Sudoku that really got me hooked on ths site. Especially when Rocko died, I saw the caring and loving nature of this site & was hooked. Nal you are an inspiration. My husband was the photographer in the family, not me - he had the artistic talent, I use the other side of my brain, but can appreciate great talent & you have it.

well i can't have a large family again and i am done having children!!! thank you. they have been and continue to be a huge blessing. i posted the numbers though to make a point, because some one made me feel guilty about not sending b-day wishes to a grandchild. but then i thought, "wow! i can't be responsible for wishing every family member of all the members of sudokuland a happy birthday! i would never be able to keep up!" so, i will stick to the members themselves as those are the ones i interact with.
