BEAN, I totally understand about sharing a birthday with your Mom, and how it hurts now she is gone. I am glad all the birthday greetings on the board helped you a bit, sweetie.

My mon's birthday was a week before mine. We often had a shared birthday celebrtion, gathering of all the family, the weekend between our birthdays. I do miss that now.

Birthdays are not the same any more. Even worse, Mom died the day after my birthday, will be 4 years ago this June. I seem to have lost not only Mom, but my ability to celebrate my birthday also.

Sorry to have missed your birthday - even if they're a little late.
Also wanted to thank you for your supportive words to me. Mum is 75 (but, unfortunately a really old 75). She is a smoker and has been quite a drinker too at times. I've been so mad at the world this week - I brought her down to look after her and keep her safe - and look what happened just 48hrs later!! I know it's not my fault, or hers, it was just an accident that could have happened anywhere, and yes, it is better that it was here where we can visit her and so can the rest of the family. But.... I just didn't need this!! I'll get better as the days go by, I have a lovely support team in my daughters, in my workmates, and in my Sudoku family!

Thanks for your message. We of course, are excited about our new motorhome. We pick it up on 20th May. Both Anne and I share your love of train journeys but all the ones in Australia that go any distance are sooo expensive - and then you have to get home. We looked at taking the Ghan to Darwin and hiring a motorhome for the return journey, but the motorhome alone was going to cost about $6000! So we bought one instead.
I hope you and Lachlan are both well.

Bean,u r 0t[naughty] bean up to your old trick .I have bean busy, hubby didn't go back to work 'til the 28th so had little time to spend on the 'pooter. We supply the game for the devil program, hubby shoots and I pack. There are two group and they want a tonne at a time. We had very little damage in the storms, got some dirty rain. Glad you enjoyed my pics. sometime when I try to post it fails to get where it is suppose to go [lost in cyb-space] Have u bean told lately .IOU that. Every thing is A Ok thanks for asking Cheers.
