Thanks Kathy - for the ditty and get well soon wishes. They were much appreciated. Last night I got no sleep at all from the pain, which turned out to be, indirectly, from a spasm in the colon. It threatened to return today but for the most time it expresses at night time and when I lie down at any time.

Thanks for the anniversary wishes ... I think! And for the really classy poetry! You must be pretty close to 40 years of bondage (no, not that kind!) yourself! Love you, Girl!

Kathy, I have gotten very quick at stooping down and scooping up all in one movement. I won't tell you where I got some of my rocks, but I did get stopped at the airport in Gatwick and pulled aside once. Had to explain something about 'pet rocks'!

Hi Kathy! Thanks for the welcome message and for stopping by my page. Yes, the move (3800 miles) was a little stressful because we had to limit what we brought including family treasures which had to fit in a 20 foot cargo trailer.

The drive was pretty easy once we got out of the snow and the freezing mid Dec. weather of Wash., OR. and CA. We left when it was 27 degrees F. and arrived in FL with 80 degree F weather. We love it here. Please visit my page again soon.

Hi Kathy - I just have to congratulate you on your many and varied hilarious smileys. How on earth did you ever know you would need a gorilla with bagpipes or a person on a bike overloaded with bags? Like CynB, I have been enjoying your smilies recently. As was said, what warped mine evv en thinks to look for a gorilla playing bagpipes hehehe. I think Heidi is a bit envious, and I know she has over 700 different smilies, last report. How many do you have now?

Kathy, you actually counted them? How long does it take your computer to open your smilie page? I am thinking a long time with that many smilies on there.

you can hold onto that fire extinguisher for the moment, but it may come in handy later! It's got to the point where it's downright dangerous to try lighting that many candles so I may just stick with one! Thanks for your wishes, it's been a nice day x (see, I CAN be nice!)

Kathy - I have been having trouble with my back. It just means that if I sit too long it beings to hurt. I do the puzzle and read a little, then come back later, but not so often. Thanks for thinking of me.

Hi Kathy...I enjoyed your utube...Often would watch this clip,Michael looked so young and healthy.It's a shame he had to go to such extremes with his body to feel good about himself.It's what is inside that counts.Hope they can use him as an example to others who use drugs or punish themselves because they aren't happy with their bodies,that this is what could happen.RIP Michael,you deserve it,you were so talented,just a pity you couldn't see it and be happy.

Hi Kathy. Finally have a day with enough free time to stop by your page. Wanted to let you know that I presented Fiona with your gift at our official FionaFest lunch at Inlet Harbor. I think she was quite pleased with it, & she passed it (and the cute card!) around the table for all to see. I do not believe she has read comments on Easy since they started their vacation, but I'm sure she will be in touch with you after her return to France on Aug. 6. We told her that you have been doing a good job subbing for her in the Riddle Dept. during her absence! Rob, Ebony, & I had such a good time with her, Eric, Carla, & Scott here at our house last night. They are a lovely family. I was glad our kitchen was done in time for their visit to this side of FL. I would not have invited them to our mess if it had not been finished! Hope all is well in MD.

I just looked at your photos gallery... wow, what an impressive variety of locations! I really enjoyed the Mayan Ruins photo. The one of the magnificent stellae, with a simple wire around its base, screams "Central America" to me .
I took a course in pre-Columbian American civilizations and have always wanted to tour Mayan, Olmec, Aztec, and Inca sites. Your pics show what amazing things these people did. Thanx!
