Hi Gail! Thanks so much for the lovely day yesterday, we both had a great time! The food was yummy, the company was charming, the setting was delightful. (Ate too much, of course!) Puffing Billy was lots of fun and we really enjoyed meeting Keith and Lynne. Thank you for all your hard work and your charming hospitality! :D

This organisation feat became quite a task when we lost all internet connection...the piece de resistance was contacting Keith via Vici in California hehe... Ingenuity heh...

It was quite remarkable that everyone managed to make it on the right day, connect with 'Puffing Billy', bring the requested salads ... all without being led astray by 'TomTom'!!...

Just goes to show how determined we were to have fun!!

The really good news is that after 4 days without hot water I finally got to have a shower this morning!!! Pete had to change the thermocouple which is why you couldn't lite it! Nobody commented on my dirty hair...at least not to me!!

Hey Gail, don't worry about me! The foot is well on the mend, though I reckon I might have some interesting scars on my knee - looks like I've been clawed by something large and fierce! I've done this ankle a few times, so I guess it's permenantly weak now - c'est la Vie! (Hopefully for a long time!) ;)

Gail, Harrys's surgery went well. Was back to the doc's yesterday for a check up, toe looked good. He goes back in 12 days to have stitches removed. Only time will tell if the surgery worked.
