Thanks for answering! I'm sorry, I don't have any idea if that's still locating you anywhere near Santa Clara! The reason I'm asking is my eldest is there at the moment competing at the swimming Grand Prix. She said the other day it's very hot.

In response to your message yesterday that I just saw this morning. We are all going to have to conserve water eventually. Down in Arizona, they are in serious talks about the lack of water in the Colorado River and how to better manage it. I am not sure of the latest information, but earlier this year, the Sierra and the Rockies did not have the snow fall they needed. We are fortunate that the snows came later and we have a good snow pack. You get most of you water from the Sierra around Yosemite just on the other side of the mountain from Judy's cabin. Later ... Many sudoku friends from around the world coming to visit me and wishing me a Happy Birthday have overwhelmed me.
My Husband and sons took me out to dinner to a Chinese Restaurant, and on the Sunday, we had a delicious Roast Dinner at MIL’s.

Hi, Dorthea. Have been thinking of you while reading of the current wild fires and all the terrible smoke conditions up your way. I do hope you are OK!

Gday Dorthea, thank you so much for your input about my daughter's betta. We named him Feisty because that is exactly how he used to be. I feed him floating betta food and frozen blood worms. He used to jump right out of the tank and take the blood worms off a skewer, but now he seems unable to do that anymore. He has to work hard to get himself up to the top to feed and then sinks straight down again. He and I used to have this game where we would make puffed up faces at each other but he just isn't interested anymore. I think his time is almost up!
